Fender Washers

Fender washers, also called body washers or body mount washers, have a small center hole and a large outside diameter. The wide face spreads the load over thin or soft material like sheet metal, plastic, fiberglass and wood, so the fastener won't pull through. Ours are zinc plated steel, about 1/16" thick, from 3/16" x 3/4" up to 5/8" x 3". We also offer a 174 piece assortment.

FAQ

How are fender washers sized?
By bolt size and outside diameter. A 1/4" x 1-1/2" fender washer fits a 1/4" bolt and is 1-1/2" across.

What is the difference between fender and heavy fender washers?
Heavy fender washers are about 1/8" thick, twice the thickness of a standard fender washer, so they resist bending under more load.
