Hex Reducer Coupling Nuts
Hex Reducer Coupling Nuts
Hex reducer coupling nuts join two different sizes of threaded rod. One end is threaded for the larger rod and the other end for the smaller rod, so you can step down from one size to the next in a hanger run without special fittings. They are zinc plated steel in four common steps, from 3/8"-16 to 1/4"-20 up to 3/4"-10 to 5/8"-11.
