5/16-18 Galvanized Hex Bolts

These 5/16"-18 galvanized hex bolts are hot dip galvanized for outdoor and treated lumber use. We stock lengths from 1" to 6". Length is measured from under the head. Bolts 6" and shorter have 7/8" of thread (the 1" and 1-1/4" lengths are full thread). Use them with 5/16" galvanized hex nuts and galvanized USS flat washers.

How long should a 5/16" bolt be?
Add the thickness of all the parts, a washer on each side, the nut, and at least two threads past the nut. Then round up to the next stocked length.
