FAQ

Why use left hand threaded rod?
A left hand thread tightens counterclockwise. It is used where rotation would loosen a right hand thread, and for turnbuckle-style assemblies where one end is right hand and the other left hand, so turning the center pulls both ends together.

What nut goes with B7 threaded rod?
Use ASTM A194 Grade 2H heavy hex nuts. They are the standard mating nut for A193 B7 studs and rod.
